FULCRUM IS A MODULAR AUTOMATION SYSTEM FOR LOADING AND UNLOADING MACHINED SHEETS BOTH OF COMMERCIAL SIZE AND OVERSIZE DIMENSIONS. IT IS ALSO POSSIBLE TO UNLOAD, SELECT AND STACK THE PARTS NOT UNLOADED IN THE PROGRAMMABLE WORK CHUTE.

The loading area is designed to accept up to 3 stacks of sheets. The sheets are loaded on the machine by means of a lifter provided with suckers.

The correct separation of the sheets is guaranteed by magnets, alternatively powered suckers and double pick-up speed. Once the sheet is lifted, the thickness check is performed and then the sheet is loaded on the machine. It is possible to safely load very thin sheets.

The unloading area consists of a series of powered rollers placed on the machine bench on one side of the turret and of a floating table; there are 2 unloading areas: 1 frontal area and 1 back area.

The floating table is provided with 3 selection areas. So, up to 6 positions may be programmed for unloading and selection: 3 frontal areas and 3 back areas.

Both unloading areas can be equipped with self-levelling hydraulic tables which are recommended for the stacking or with fixed tables or simply part racks or pallets according to the end users' requirements.

In order to optimize the cycle times the loading and unloading operations are quick and simultaneously done.
