High precision nameplate machine

High precision nameplate machine

RELIABILITY AND SPEED ARE NOT SELLING POINTS BUT DESIGN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE MACHINE. IN FACT, IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO REACH THE HIGH PERFORMANCE DECLARED WITHOUT A HEAVY DUTY, ACCURATE AND RELIABLE MECHANICAL CONSTRUCTION.

The machine structure is heavy duty and it always assures the proper alignment between punch and die in any working condition.

The structure is entirely computer designed with the finite elements method (FEM). Only in this way it is in fact possible to precisely calculate and quantify, as project data, the maximum admissible deformation and torsion of the structure and to always guarantee the perfect alignment between punch and die.

The sheet carriage is stable and robust to always guarantee accuracy at high speed and acceleration in all the machine work range.

To properly work at high speed with accuracy, the geometry of the sheet carriage, the robust ballscrews on both the X and Y axes, the characteristics of its supporting feet and the correct repartition of the dynamic loads, have been carefully calculated, simulated and tested.

THE MODULAR TURRET OF ADVANCED CONCEPT IS TOTALLY CONFIGURABLE. IN FACT IT IS POSSIBLE TO PERSONALIZE IT IN ORDER TO FULLY SATISFY THE NEEDS AND REQUIREMENTS OF THE END USER.

The turret can be with single or double track stations and it can be equipped with a high number of indexed stations of "D" and/or "E" type. It is also possible to use different type of multitools and make deep deformations.

Also, the turret features the geometry controlled and reinforced design to guarantee high performance and perfect punch-die alignment in time.

The cage structure of the turret is extremely rugged: 4 patented holders completely support the punching forces (such as the excentric loads generated when notching) and protect the rotation components.
