Description

The unloading robot RS25 makes it possible to unload laser cut parts with absolute reliability thanks to the machine configuration which enables to grab the part before the final laser cut in the Y axis is executed.

The mechanical configuration of the RS25 robot consists of 4 axes: 2 linear axes (X and Y) and 2 polar axes (A and B). This enables to stack the cut parts with the needed orientation independently from the cut nesting. Therefore, the unloading is really optimized and allows to stack also parts with different cut orientations or to cross them together in order to make easier their collection when bending.
