CO3 Laser and Fiber Laser

CO3 Laser and Fiber Laser

The Laser-One is patented Rainer Technology and features:

1. Compactness: in about 40 square metres it is installed the laser machine complete with the loading and unloading automation system, sheet size mm 1500x3000.

2. Possibility to avoid the micro-joint: it is possible to unload the parts in the programmable work chute avoiding micro-joint and the long operation of the collection of the pieces. Also, it is possible to add a robot (RS25) to stack the parts according to an unloading nesting on 8 europallets

3. C02 or Fiber: optional items to choose in accordance with the worked materials and the thickness.

4. Modularity for different sheet sizes: thanks to the repositioning system used when punching it is possible to machine sheet sizes larger than 3000 mm.

5. Tapping system: it is possible to install a tapping system with tools magazine.

THE MAIN CHARACTERISTIC OF THE LASER CUTTING CENTRE LASER-ONE IS THE COMBINED OPTIC AND SHEET MOVING SYSTEM THAT OPTIMIZES THE LASER BEAM AND ALLOWS AN EASY AND ADVANCED HANDLING OF THE BLANK MATERIAL AND CUT PARTS.

The laser beam moves along the transverse axis (the shortest one) in such a way to reduce the number of mirrors and to operate with an almost steady length of the laser beam, thus achieving a great stability of the beam itself with the lowest possible maintenance.

The sheet moves along the longitudinal axis (the longest one) by a sheet carriage with automatic clamps, same as in the punch press machines. With this solution the machine material processing is optimized, the sheet loading and unloading cycle times are reduced. In the laser machine it is possible to install palletization systems of the cut parts.

In this way, cycle times are optimized with great synergy of system characteristics, cheapness and performance.

RAINER TECHNOLOGY, ALWAYS READY TO UPGRADE AND IMPROVE THE TECHNOLOGICAL CONTENT OF ITS MACHINES, FOR THE TRANSMISSION OF MOTION TO THE LASER HEAD AND SHEET, INTRODUCES THE LINEAR MOTOR TECHNOLOGY, IMPLEMENTED IN CLOSE COOPERATION WITH SIEMENS AND ALREADY APPLIED ON PUNCH PRESS CENTRES.

The cutting head is Precitec Lasermatic with powered focal. The cutting head moves independently along the transverse Y axis and along the vertical Z axis; it is provided with a service electronic system and with a capacitive sensor to optimize gas consumption.

The powered focal makes it possible to redefine all cutting parameters and to recall them automatically while working. The powered focal also allows to machine all types of materials and thickness up to 8 mm without any manual set-up intervention of the operator on the cutting head.

The capacitive sensor allows to keep constant the gap between the nozzle and the material in such a way to optimize the quality of the cut and the gas consumption.

The cutting head is also provided with an internal cooling system to control the temperature of the lens. The geometry and characteristics of the optical line are such to allow to drive the laser beam with only two mirrors coming out from the source, thus optimizing the quality of the beam and reducing the maintenance.

Below the cutting head there is a vacuum system which assures a perfect smoke aspiration all through the axis movement of the cutting head.
v In the laser cutting area a work chute allows to select the cut parts having dimensions up to mm 500x1500. The parts which are separated and addressed by the work chute below the machine work table, can be selected as chutes or finished parts.
